Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- European Union: Standard International (5–10 business days), Standard (3–7 business days), Express (2–4 business days)
- International (US, CA, AU, and more): Standard International (7–14 business days), Standard (5–10 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
